Slightly used in EXCELLENT condition. My dog wore this approx. 6 times before he outgrew it. It is made by Simply Dog and is a warm raincoat. It has a cutout for a leash. No hood. It has velcro straps. It is a dark purple with a little bit of dusty rose and a heart on it. For a male or female (mine's male). Wipe clean. From Non-smoking home.
MEASUREMENTS:
Width: (Not counting velcro straps) = 11"
Width: (Counting velcro straps fully extended) = 22"
Length: 11 and 3/4"
My dog is a small dog (Not tiny). I have included a pic of him when he could still wear this. He weighed 14-16 pounds when he could wear it and now weighs a tubby 21 pounds and can't wear it.
