These are seeds from my very beautiful & rare PINK GAS PLANT. They are a unique perennial with citrus scented foliage and seedpods. The flowers are magnificant in bloom, but the star shaped seedpods are the highlight of this plant. On still days, you may light the seedpods with a match to see a tiny explosion. I have done this many times to amaze my friends and family! They are also a host plant for Giant Swallowtails. I have seen very few of these at garden centers or on-line. I am the only one in our local garden club to have them growing in my garden. Make sure you pick a desired spot in the garden bed, as they resent being moved. They are slow to first bloom, but reliable, giving you years of enjoyment in your sunny garden. They are quite drought tolerant and very little care is needed. I believe the "strong shall survive" in my garden.

They have been dry stratified and are ready to plant. You might want to take a nail file to etch each seed.
Propagation Method: Sow seeds shallow in soil in a heated tray at 70 degrees 6 weeks before last spring frost. Sow 3-5 seeds per pot. About 10 days before the last spring frost, begin hardening the plants to the outdoors. Transplant your plants to a sunny location.
