I know they are Organic Heirloom. I have emailed the person I got them from and I will reply later with their response.

All I can find about the taste is crisp, clean and crunchy and good for pickling. I suppose almost just like a regular cucumber but better. I have never had them, I just bought all these seeds to start doing it this year.
