Yes, I do make smaller ones. My xxs is 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lbs and chest size is 8 to 10".
I have one made that is white with red, lt.blue and dk. blue stars.
Size small: 4 1/2 to 6lbs. chest size 12 to 14". Med. 6 to 8 lbs. chest 14 to 16".
These are for the coats.
Collars are: Lg. 15 to 24"--Med. 12 to 19"--small 10 to 15"--Mini 7 to 11"

I would have to have the dogs measurements for the coat and it wouldn't have the D-ring on it, because the velcro wouldn't be strong enough for a big dog.. How big around the neck, and around the center, a little past the front legs, and from the neck to the base of the tail.. I do have collars and leashes that big. I will be putting more on next week.

would you say this is a small or a medium? my baby is ten pounds.

I would say this is a medium. If you measure your dog around the middle behind the front legs you would be able to tell if this would fit It the dog measures between the 14 to 20. And if the neck measures between 12 to 19" the collar would fit. Hope this helps.
