Small adjustable harness very sturdy to hook your leash to fit them kinda like a vest so that there is nothing around there neck chocking them may have used it once the small dog we had did not like this one he preferred the mesh vest type. i no longer have the dog so i,m listing this for some one that may need it to have a chance to have it. it is made by simply dog.

not sure the tag does not say but the dog that wore it was pomerainian scottish terrior i know thats not spelled right but if thats you dog in that pic it looks about the size of the dog that wore it
