Approx 20in. And I'm not sure if the cameo is plastic or not, this item was purchased at an antiques road show for about $14.00

very pretty, I think (don't quote me) but most of the cameos are plastic, unless it's really old, then I think they used ivory and you wouldn't want to auction it I'm sure lol F&W

It is a pretty piece, only some spots on back that some talc could take care of. It's a fairly good sized locket as well.
