Small dog muzzle, size 3. Snout area is about 6 inches all the way around, head strap has large adjustment possibilities.

No shipping outside US.

I believe so. Measure your dogs snout all the way around. I'm sure the head strap is adjustable enough for the "many sizes" of Chis (I had a rescue Chihuahua that was 18 lbs!), but you'd want to be sure the snout piece fit well.
