Fun souvenir cookbook from New Jersey's most famous bed n breakfast the Mainstay Inn. A historical building opened as gambling club in 1800's. Turned into B&B in 1980.It seems guests were always requesting recipes so they put together a book. Its a self publushed variety. Printed on white papet and folded over and stapled.
No date on book but Im assuming mid 90's; this style of self publish popular with home printers, I saw a 1997 version if this book that was more sophisticated so this was probably first year, also the owners listed sold the place in 2004.
Very good condition.Very ammature but awesome recipes.
