"U.S. only" is a choice Listia permits in conjunction with free shipping, which you'll see if you examine the settings on an auction listing form or the Listia-generated shipping info on the auction listing itself. I merely repeat it because some people don't notice the auto-posted info. (It would be pretty unreasonable for Listia to insist that if you ship free in the US, you have to ship internationally and do it for free; international shipping is expensive and somewhat complex and it's quite reasonable for someone to elect not to do it.) In the second sentence, I'm merely letting people know that if they give me their shipping info on the day the auction ends, I can ship immediately the next day. It isn't a condition; it's a piece of information I think people might like to have in case they're looking at the item as a gift and need to know how soon I ship.
