It's a purple and black adjustable weight belt. The weights are on both sides of the adjustment straps. The belt has sturdy click closures ( like ones on shopping carts for kids -but these are a lot sturdier.) This weight belt goes around your waist instead of around the ankles etc...This belt is good to use to wear while doing everyday things like cleaning house or on your daily walk.
