Hardcover authorized edition of O. Henry's The Gentle Grafter, published in 1908.

I'm no book condition appraiser by any stretch, but could say for a hardcover book that's been around for over 100 years it seems to be in pretty good shape. No rips in pages. No marks except for pencil notes that is on the first page, which is blank, that is shown in photo. Binding a touch loose, coming apart a bit at the top as photo tries to show. All in all in good shape for a book as old as it is. Clean pages, really no yellowing, in solid shape.

If you have any questions please ask. I try my best to give accurate description but have no idea what one would want to know about a 100 year old book.

Yeah, it really is. And I'm not just saying this for more credits. Like I say the binding is just a touch loose, but if one treats it with just a bit of TLC it should easily last another 100 years. Unfortunately, the author wasn't in near as good of shape and died at the too young of age of 47 from of cirrhosis of the liver, complications of diabetes, and an enlarged heart.
