Description

The listing, 15 Bare-root Squaw Vine Plants has ended.

The winner of this auction will receive 15 bare-root Squaw Vine plants (they're also known as Partridge Berry and Turkey Berry). Most of the plants will be anywhere from 5-8 inches long, but I often find many in the 9-10 inch range.

Squaw Vine is a low-growing, ever-green ground cover plant that is very hardy and does extremely well in dappled shade. Do you have areas that are shady and nothing seems to want to grow there...like say under/around pine trees? If so...this plant is the plant for you! It does well in such areas and will eventually spread to cover as much bare ground as you'll allow.

It also makes a very pretty outdoor/winter container plant for the front porch and I will likely have a pot of it growing on my front porch throughout the whole winter. I live in Zone 7a and it grows wild and well here, so check your zone to see how well it will grow for you!

I was asked to run a Squaw vine auction with a 'Get It Now' option, so here it is...:). Good Luck!

Those are two of the uses, but I've run across others. Here's the link from WebMD:
