well a few years ago i was diagonied with MS and with that got very bad depression, aAND the electrodes in my brain started, well best explained is; the misfire and kinda act like a fuse blowing out. crazy huh! so i became "UNWELL" and matchbox 20 came out with that son "UNWELL" and i kinda just picked my name from there, i was UNWELL and will always BE; STILLUNWELL ,,,,,:-) :-)

Very good!! i am very deficent of b snd i do need iron, however, i am that 2% of people who has adverse reactions to most medicines. i cannot take iron, i mean my system wont take it. i heave and cannot keep it down and when i do manage a little tiny bit i am so nasuated i can hardly stand it. i do use cast iron skillets but only started about 9 mons to --1 year ago. i am on so many meds, thyroid, blood pressure, ms, stomache, etc., it is so scary to even try to take a vitamin!!! i got a cold a few years ago and took a antihystamine and about died ftom it. antibiotics, opiates, water pills or any containing, etc., laytes, most ointments, i can use crems only,,so,,,i would appreciate any, any suggestions at all. my mother was an hebalist, she passed in 1981, i have some of her recipes but cannt seem to fing the real actual natural (no preseratives, etc) herbs to use her reicpes. also they are kind outdated. so please if you are willing, i can use all of the help i can get, iam sssssso sick of medicines!! and i dont even take all i am prescribed!! antidepressants, etc., . i have allergic reactions to everything!! even the snap on my jeans breaks me out!! you are the first person in a very very long time who can/could/would spot my problems much less offer an opnion. i basically have given my self a few more years at best and hope for them to be happy ones. thank you so much it reminds me people are still out there that really care.
