Intro: Season 3 of True Blood loosely follows the plot of the novel Club Dead. Sookie desperately tries to locate her vampire fiance Bill, encountering a range of humans and undead along the way, among them the vampire king of Mississippi, Russell Edgington, and a pack of vicious werewolves who feed on vampire blood. With Bill gone, Sookie finds herself drawing closer to vampire sheriff Eric and werewolf Alcide, both nominally helping her find her beau. Meanwhile, Tara and Lafayette find love in unusual places, Jason deals with having blood on his hands, and Sam discovers long-lost family members who help shape his identity -- for better or worse.
