It can not be updated. I thought it was iphone 4, bc of description seller posted on 1/8/13: It says "its a 4".Since I was given incorrect information, listia says I can be refunded credits if I'm not outbid. Unlocked phones can not be updated with apple software without difficulty. I just want someone to outbid me!! I need a AT&T phone not this
