Rip cord-powered motorcycle with launcher. From the 2009 toyline based on the "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" film. Still works, comes with both side missiles (missiles do not fire). Seats one figure.

It did come with a figure--it was yet another Snake-Eyes, this one a mishmash of the Paris Pursuit version (head, torso, legs) and the initial ROC version (webgear, arms). I used it for custom fodder, and at first mulled over keeping the cycle. Eventually, I decided it looked too "oversized" for a Joe vehicle. It should be fun for the kids.

Like I said, it should be fun for the kids. Got a kid in your family who loves toy vehicles, this will keep him occupied for a while.
