technicly since you are not "buying" these recipes or other untangable items, its not illegal, its as if you are giving it to a friend, which is not illegal. just saying!

Selling = receiving cash, goods, services or other items of value, whether tangible or intangible. By requiring credits for their listings, they are selling those items. Besides, copyright law doesn't require an item to be sold, only transferred improperly. That's why so many people are being fined for having pirated music that they downloaded for free.
