here are some of the diaper cakes i've made, I will make you a diaper cake for either a boy or girl. No two are ever alike you just have to let me know if you want one for a boy or a girl. I can also make a either or cake.

I have never put towels with a diaper cake, usually its pretty big with just the diapers. I use a whole bag of diapers. I have a baby blanket I can add to the cake if you want
