3 pack of brand new upopened bulbs and one that was opened and package where one bulbs is missing (bought wrong size) a total of 7 new bulbs. They are halogen, 12v They are the kind that go into track lights and use a prong to fit into tract. The orginal cost of two lights in one package was $7.62. I am offering 7 bulbs which adds up to $22.67.
