The stones in this ring are nice and big, too!! :) The Pink Sapphire is in the center and it has one White Sapphire on each side of the center stone! It means it was lab created and that it was not earth mined :) Hope that helps! :)

created means it was made in a lab somewhere, it is not a natural sapphire. hope that helps!
