Actually, I think it is a size 8. It fits my ring finger and 8 seems to be its size. If you need to, maybe wad up paper towel in some clear tape and stuff it under the diamonds to make it fit a smaller finger. I have done this with other rings and if you do it right, nobody will ever suspect. And, this will not diminish the glitter of the open back diamonds.
