You have in the title that this is an antique. Then you just said it's only a year old. Is there any markings on the bottom? Did you buy this in a store? Can you supply us with more information?

My great grandmother gave me this. If you mean by scratches it doesnt. It was made in 1889. My grandmothers mother mother gave her this and now its mine to sell
