go to your paypal account on the top of the main header its called Resolution Center click on that and it will give you choices to pick you then click on didnt recieve item and then click Dispute a transaction and then fill in the persons account name and info and it will go thruough steps for you to do its easy pay pal will go after them for you you will get your money back with in a week
