Doesn't say how to send the money.. Through PayPal, money order, concealed cash,or check? And it is legal. Both of my parents work as mailman/woman, It's just unsafe to send it. It doesn't really matter if a stamp is .49 cents, I'm the one who's paying for it. It's only a buck anyway.

Sure, basically I send you the shipping money (which is the dollar) to your address. Once you recieve it,( it might take 3-5 days to get there ), you could ship out the bracelet/rings to me. Concealed cash is just cash concealed into an envelope
