I have a new color cartridge for a Lexmark printer. It is #24 used for a seriesx4550. I purchased it for my printer without knowing that my printer was broken. It would not send the paper through. I tried to return it, but the little seal had been removed. I am positive that this is good because I immediately placed it in the foil package and resealed the box.
