Is it a blank cook book to put your own recipes into or does it have recipes in it ?and how many pages are there with dividers ?F&W too.

hi :) yes it is blank pages. 12 dividers, not sure on page count, I'm off work at 10pm California time, I will count when I get home :) and give u more information :) I fan back :)
