I began making these caps when I was chemo-bald. More comfortable and lighter than a wig, but they made me smile when I looked in the mirror--something I badly needed! I wear them now on bad hair days. This one is a light weight one, great for summer. Fits average size head. Note: Color is bright rose and blues. One of the prettiest caps I've made! US shipping included. PLEASE NOTE: Lately, people have been asking me to ask for fewer credits. I'm sorry but these take hours to make. I donate most of what I make to charity now. I tried selling these for less and they just aren't worth it. Most people are reasonable; I hope there are no misunderstandings.

I have added you as my fan and do you have them in green? My sister in law will be starting Chemo this month. I am trying to help her get some things that she is going to need. I am new at this and not really sure what she is going to need other than my love, prayers and being there for her?

Aha! I dug a bit and found a pastel pink one; had almost given up looking. It's finished. Plus I'm working on a green one now; a nice, bright green one. I have some multi-colored pink/rose and a few blending shades YARN that I could get to before too long. I do have a heavier yarn that might be nice later that's also multi-colored with at least some pink in it. On the multi colors, the hat really shows up the color of the clothing worn.
I just had chemo myself so while I may well knit this weekend, I won't try to take pictures until Monday or Tuesday (chemo-brain and hands) Not sure if I've said but I do have cancer again, too. Tell your sis-in-law to hang in with it. She can survive and, believe me, going bald is the least bothersome side effect. (I may well lose my hair again, too, but have a huge bag of caps from last time. Hair is thinning now so may have it cut ultra short and wear one anyway.)
