Thank you.. I put a lot of work into them...
I tried to put it on my youngest (20 months) and it did not fit him
granted he has a big head... My only c-section lol
So to be honest I am not sure...
measure her head and if her Head Circumference is 20" or less I think it will fit no issues. But I can not say for sure.
