to be honest, now that you mention it... it does look like there is some wear there on the connetion. granted, the bag is 6 years old, it doesnt seem to affect the condition of strap to bag. thank you for bringing that to my attention. the bag is still in very nice condition other than this place. very sorry if this was nisleding in any way, i believe that it does not affect it in any way as far as wear and tear use would go. it is a very sturrdy, solid bag. i will post a clear picture of this particular place for reference.

Bag is 9" long from base and 5" high not including straps. Trying to load more pics now.

The bag is 9" ling from the bottom and 5" high not including the handles . It has 3 separate slots on the inside and the brand lankest is underneathe the zippered pocket in the center slot. I will try and upload more pics soon. This bag does have the classic dooney rainbow zipper and magnetic closes for the two inner outside pockets, hope that just made sense..
