I dont really know about these , i have my ears pierced and have the normal earring size is this the next one to start gaugeing it ? i want it gauged but with the small ones.

You can start at either a 16g or a 14g.

Start with a taper at about 16. Don't stretch to quickly or you could tear the lobe. My ears are up to a 6:)
