Gorgeous flowy black and grey striped maxi skirt from Forever 21. Size junior's large. I'm 5'7" and this comes down to my ankles. Skirt is lined down to the knees, super comfy and pretty. The color in the first pic is the most accurate since it was taken without the flash. Elastic waistband. Worn a handful of times.

I ship free within 2 business days of receiving your info. I don't accept returns or refund credits. We are a smoke free home. We have a puppy but he doesn't smoke either. Not necessarily - if you're handy with scissors, you could cut the hem because it's not the type of material that frays. Or you could wear heels and roll the waistband. Good luck if you bid! :)

I'm 5 ft 6 and weigh like 98lbs(not my fault! You would think after 4 kids I'd gain but nope I'm smaller now than I was in high school) would this be too big on me? Waste/hip wise?(I'm a size one.... I was a size 3 in jr high...)

Hmmm. Lengthwise it would be the perfect for you. I'm a juniors 9 and it fits just right around the waist/hip. The waist is elastic so you might be ok.
Or, would you be interested in a fat transplant? I've got a few extra pounds from each kid I would love to donate! ;)

I think it depends on how you want it to fit. I wore it while I was 140 and at 155 when I was pregnant. If you want a bit of a tighter fit that flares out a little, you should be ok :)
