Is the bird enamel on metal?

im not sure really, it is either enamel or a really thick glossy paint on top of a brasstone type of metal. it also has little pearls and some small rhinestones accenting it as well. these were at a dealers auctions and so they are new but without tags. i hope this helps you some. thank you for your interest.

hi! im so sorry i replied to this through my comments and then scrolling through my auctions i realized i gave the wrong comment. (i have 2 bird necklaces) this one does in fact have enamel or a thick glossy paint, HOWEVER DOES NOT have the pearl or rhinestone accent.
