I know exactly wut u mean everything i sale i explain the best i know how and i get allot of help from buyers if i dont know wut stuff is but i say something like it has this mark on it and i dont know wut it means or something like that i hope this helps you The camers is brand new i took a pic of my dog as u can see in 1 of my pic i listed and to take pics of camera So never used it only to take pic to list auction Never used it for nuttin else so its brand new in the box as seen in all the pics i fanned ya please fan back good luck kyle
