The listing, TKC Pocket Cloth Diaper has ended.

TKC diaper size large. Side snapping. Elastic a bit loose. Pilly on inside, but is the nature of the fabric. Love this diaper, but cannot get a good fit on my baby. There is no insert included.

Yes, TKC Pocket. There is no insert included, however.

is it waterproof?

Yes. Pocket diapers have PUL in them to make them waterproof.

so this is a size large obviously not a one size diaper will it fit a 16lb baby you think?
