This computer only show I am on now only shows the c drive and the dvd drive I dont have the os too this is my 3rd computer from Walmart! I made the backup on it! It doesnt work! No way to make it factory set
My other computer has vista software in it! it wont even let me in it!! It said iligal copy !! Thats what happens when you try to put other software in it! Thatswhat it said with the cds that came it!! It ask for the keycode! I put what it said on the coomputer it made it a ilegal copy! I bought it at Walmart!!!!! Did you buy this at Walmart?
I have 2 computers like that!! You can only upgrade to the newer Windows! I even bought Windows 8 pro to try too fix them!! It wont even let you put windows 8 pro in cause it said ilegal copy
Just because you own the windowa 7 on cd does not mean this computer will except it !! My other computer is the window 7 and it wont take Windows 8 pro too
I put windows 7 on that computer that had 7 in it thats how come I cant get in it no more even with the key code that came with it! So if ou win you aught to keep it like it is
@ Rosie if your puter has win 7 on it and you want to restore it you do that in Accessories and then go into system tools YOU dont reinsert the cd or dvd of win 7.....to fix problems---and as for win 8---your computer a 32 or 64 bit and is your win 8 disk a 32 or 64 bit....things you need to check on....btw I work for Geek Squad..im a puter nerd. lol
