The disc is in near-perfect condition; just the minimal non-harmful scratches from spinning in a PS2.

umm for ppl in Canada you all do know that this might not play on your system if this is region protected meaning anyone in Canada needs a disk that has the word pal on it somewhere just like usa needs one that has the letters ntsc on it to play in our system japan needs ntsj so u might not be able to play

Canada is the same as the US NTSC. I am an avid gamer and a old game collector. So no worries, anything you can use in the USA is the same for Canada because we are the #1 trade partners with the USA. But thanks for bringing that up lol, brings back memories from the other auction site when I accidently bought a game from someone in the UK in pal version, PAL is not playable for anyone in North America.
