This adjustable 19-21 inch necklace has a silver toned rectangle base with glass covered picture of a white rose on a red background. There is a green rhinestone leaf attached to the bottom and two slightly larger matching leaves further up on the silver toned chain. The matching earrings a red rectangles.

I'm not at home so I can't measure it, but I would say that it is a little over an inch by about three quarters of an inch.
