10K GOLD FILLED & IN WONDERFUL CONDITION! No scratches or discoloration of the stone. I couldn't get a decent picture of it with my camera, so the first photo is a stock one I found online. But it shows the detail mine has.

If memory serves me correctly, it's a size 5. But I wear a size 7 now, and I can get it on my ring finger (Getting it off was another story entirely. LOL), so it might be a 6. But who says a ring HAS to be worn on the "ring" finger?? :)
