Ok I have an HP DC4000 DVD Movie Burner that will take your VHS tapes and convert them to DVD Almost on its own! It works great, Has the power cord, usb 2.0 to computer cord and the AV cable to run from your VCR to the Burner. I do not have the software for the computer anymore, but it can be easily downloaded from the WEB for FREE! This was over $300 and works perfectly, I don't need it anymore I have completed transfering all my kids home movies to DVD and wish to pass it on. Shipping is on me!

This worked so well for me, when I saw it I had to have it. I had vhs videos of my kids when they were toddlers and they are 19-22 now, I needed this to burn my vhs to dvd and i figured out how to burn them to AVI and store them on SD forever with this Hp movie burner! Now i have those memories forever! Happy bidding More Cool Electronics to come!

Does this play the dvd and vhs or do you need a seperate vhs.

You will need a VCR to connect to this, this plays and Burns the DVD in a format that will play in almost any Dvd Home entertainment system or Portable for your Car. Everything is Provided except the software and I will provide a list of what you need with it. All of them can easily be Downloaded for free! Happy bidding!

I also want to point out the AV cables in the picture are Audio cables, But the Audio/Video(Yellow) cable will be shipped with this unit, along with the software list and sites,and the secret to getting movies for FREE! and burning to DVD!
