It is about 10 1/2ins. across and is 5 1/2 ins. high. I did not notice it before but it has a little bit of rust on both insides. And normal wear on the out side of it. I do not know how old it is? I have had it for 5 0r 6yrs. and my Grandmother had it before I got it? I am sorry I can not tell you. Have a blessed night.
