Questions & Comments
With all due respect, this completely baffles me.. You said you don't have these cards- but will go out and *buy* a $100 gift card- in exchange for just listia credits?...hmmm. I'm amazed no one else is asking questions like this.

To all of my watchers & budders, Thanks for making this a great auction, so far my best ever. and I wish you Good Luck in all your Listia adventures !!!
Really? This seems Fishy? People put up gift cards for auction all the time. I think some just have extra gift cards lying around, and others go out and buy them specifically to auction off for Listia credits. People, what say you?
I never said the word fishy..asking questions like this is smart & protects bidders- having a giftcard or leftover credit is one thing...but auctioning off a giftcard for almost anywhere-costing you $100 cash in exchange for credits on listia? Thats a bit suspicious- the reason I ask is very valid; Unfortunately often these giftcards are stolen from kiosks/stores to be sold. Hence my asking a few question on behalf of bidders.
Sorry, misstribalfusion, I mean no offense. The gift card will be paid for with cash by me and provided to the auction winner in consideration for of the winning bid I(of credits). I promise, I didn't steal them. lol
@misstribalfusion- you apparently have not been on Listia very long to experience gift card auctions. hardly any person who lists gift cards to any place the winner chooses has those cards in hand as they do not know ahead of time what the winner would choose! also there are NO such thefts of people stealing gift cards from Kiosks and then selling them because for one reason you cannot just pick up the cards from any kiosk or store and give it to someone and have it be valid, it will be just a blank card even if it has an amount printed on the front of it because gift cards do not have open accounts with credit on them UNTIL they are scanned and activated at the registers and are paid for with CASH! so you even saying they could possibly be stolen is you being a little ignorant to the way gift cards work in the first place.
absolutely NO store has gift cards sitting around that are already activated with money on the accounts. NONE NOWHERE in ANY STORE! I know this for a fact. the only gift card auctions that are FISHY or NOT are the ones that you win and then dont receive because the person themselve is a scammer or they send you the blank gift card that has not been activated yet. I have received over $750.00 in blank gift cards from a person who I spent over 750,000 credits on for those gift cards lets just say they are no longer a Listia member because I got them black listed for being a scammer.so with regards to this auction I see NO problems with it at all . he said he would go and either buy the gift cards at the store or online for the winners choosing and what is the problem with that as he has to purchase that card for it to be valif period. I do that all the time because you do not know what cards the winners would choose, a person is only as good as their word so if you cannot take someone for their word then well there ya have it! you always read the persons feedback profile before you bid on their auctions to see what their standing in the community is and if they follow through with what they say,if you go into an auction blindly then you have noone to blame but yourself period. I think this is a great auction and anyone would enjoy getting a free gft card for credits. nice auction keep up the good work and just ignore the ones who say ignorant things. the rest of us know you cannot steal a gift card from a kiosk or store and expect it to actually have money on the account lol.
Well, I see the high rollers are out, there goes my last chance for a $100.00 GC for Target till I list some more auctions...in a while LOL Now I see how you get all your loot bama~~didn't wanna save any for me, huh. Yup, I see how ya are!!
Yep, If I were to win, I would want a $100.00 Target Gift Card. I just gotta get about 5000-7000 more credits.
I have some Amazon $5 codes (They may or may not be just for Mp3 download purchases, I'm not sure, I've had them for awhile). I won 3 of them on Listia, but you can only use 1 per Amazon account. I will throw in one of these codes to the winner, two if GIN is used.
I don't have any cards in my possession, yet, misstribalfusion. I will go out and buy the winners choice(s) and mail them (or email them, if so desired) the day the auction ends. So the winner will get them ASAP !!!
