Hi... Since you're fairly new to Listia you may not know that you can't put in the description that you do not refund credits. Listia may edit or delete your auction. If a buyer opens a dispute, you both try to work out the issue and if not resolved, it goes to the moderator. If the moderator sides with the buyer, Listia will just take the credits from your account to refund the buyer. If the moderator sides with the seller, they don't lose credits. Listia doesn't give credit refunds just because somebody changes their mind - that's already understood and more details are found in the help section. Good luck on your auctions :-)
how do i word it then i see the same thing on alot of other auctions and never posted it but recently had someone want there credits back because they thought the jeans i listed where mens even though they where listed in the womens clothing
I'm sorry you had a problem with a buyer like that... I know how it is when people don't take the time to read an auction... LOL. Other people shouldn't have that statement in their auctions either. Its in Listia rules that if a buyer changes their mind and nothing else is wrong, the seller is awarded the credits. You can try just copying and pasting what's in the Listia rules about it. It says: "Credits are Awarded to a Seller when a winner backs out or does not want the item anymore."
Or You could say... Please read the auction description and feel free to ask questions. According to Listia rules, "Credits are Awarded to the Seller when a winner backs out or does not want the item anymore." Or some people put in their auctions "Credits will not be refunded due to buyer's remorse, so please be sure to read the auction description in full. Thanks".
