The listing, Unique Handmade touch screen Stylus. 3 days has ended.
I use these a lot and never cared much for the cheap mass produced ones. So I took an extra I had,(like the purple one on the left)( not included) and disassembled it. Then I took a piece of corian counter top material, drilled it and turned it on a lathe. Then sanded and polished it by hand to a nice shiny and smooth finish. And remounted the the clip and tip. It certainly looks and feels a lot better than the old one and will be the only one like it. I will probably make a few more using different materials, possibly some exotic wood at some point in the near future if there is interest. Free shipping. Please fan me and let me know and I will fan you back. I could also use 30 watchers but I don't think that will happen. Thanks for looking.

will fan and watch for yah can't wait for the exotic woods I will be getting multiple hopefully will have wife fan and watch for yah too
idespoth, it will work with most any touch screen device. If you can use you finger on it than this should also work. Willef, I have many many different exotics from alder to zebrawood and antler, horn, etc. I craft things and sell them at local shows and recently started selling online at handmadepens.com. My dilemma here is cost of materials and of course time . For instance, if I make one using a figured Bethlehem Olivewood, the wood alone is $10 plus the costs of shipping etc. It will cost me about $16 dollars plus whatever time I spent on it. It would hardly be worth it. But I will be making a few with some mahogany and teak scraps I have. And probably a few of those mini ones that are very short and have the little tether on the end that plugs into the earphone jack, so it stays with the phone . I will be posting a couple more next week. Thanks for looking.
well I'll gladly pay for wood or trade you something comparative to the price but if I was paying would I be able to send u a pen of my own to start with? it's very similar same bottom different top
we could do that of course. I was just using that as an example , most of the "exotic" woods are considerably less. But you can see how the costs could make it impractical to use some of the more expensive materials. I am trying to think of a way you could send me a pic or something to see what you had in mind, chances are I already have it. I don't think listia wants us posting our email addresses here. I am going to have to reread the rules. What kind of wood did you have in mind? I have some pens already made with stylus on the end.
