The outside of the ring measures approx. 7 cm. I expect the inside of the ring to measure slightly less than that. Hope this helps!

The ring runs somewhere between a size 8 and 9. I do not have an accurate way to gauge the size so do not want to mislead anyone, which is why I gave a size spread. Sorry that I do not have an accurate ring size chart!
