does this fennel produce the bulb?

yes. however the fist year you dont want to harvest the bulb you want to leave it so it gets bigger but you will get plenty of seeds and if you like black licorice thats what they taste like

hey there samanthaglen169-- the pix of this Fennel Plant is actually called Florence Fennel or Finochio and it is a vegetable----so if that is what you have that's what it is called---there are more than a few Fennels and I have posted on my auctions Sweet Fennel seeds(good for tea because it aids in digestion) and it is a different Fennel and is used as an Herb mostly---please don't take offense----great auction you have here!
