Description

The listing, Jewelweed Soap for Poison Ivy and rashes has ended.

Jewelweed has been used by the Native Americans for relief from rashes and itching for a variety of ailments. Poison ivy, sumac, oak, and rashes of many kinds plus used for bug bites and stings for relief. Many soapmakers are now making this soap and my friend and I sell most of our stock to a major supplier. We are wildcrafters and make this soap for ourselves. It sells great at flea markets and to gardeners, fishermen, hunters, hikers, utility workers or anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We hike most of the months throughout the year, we always carry some with us. This is not a bath soap but a soap used to help diffuse the poisons and dry up any rashes if you do get one. Not to be used around eyes.
We make this soap from fresh jewelweed picked in the Appalachian Mountains. We add no perfumes or colors and don't harm no critters doing it. We make this for our personal use and is made extra strong.
This auction is for three pocket sized soaps. Easy to carry in your pocket or fishing tackle box or even your saddle bags.
I will pay for half the cost of shipping, buyer can pay for other half. Shipping is killin me.

BE READY FOR SPRING......it's coming....

I had someone ask if this was good for ant bites, fire ant bites, but I somehow lost the message so wasnt sure who to respond to......but I do want to say, It does relieve it somewhat, the best relief from them little bugger though is to grab the culprit with your thumb and middle finger, then do a quick snap, real quick lol. Dont you just hate those little devils? the soap does relieve the sting.

yes, is good for stinging nettle, poison oak, sumac and I use it on my eczema and is good for insect bites.....I even had a buyer tell me they used it on the belly of their puppy who had a rash and it cleared it up. Critter friendly evidently.
