This is a Cow Hat with Tassell ties. Handmade by Windhorse .The tag says it was created in Nepal. I believe this is more for a girl.
The hat is 100 % Wool. The lining is 100 % Polyester.
Hand washable.
Front is colors of cow face...back is all black.

This hat could fit from like a 6 yr. old - up to a teenager. It's not a baby hat. I hope this helps.
