Across brim: 9 1/2" following the curve of the brim/visor

Flap: 6" from elastic down

It's about 13" from above the brim/visor to the back where the elastic is.

The elastic section in back stretches up to 15"

Hope that helps!! I would imagine that this would work on a toddler up to maybe 5 - 6 year old.

Items come from a non-smoking household. I do have cats....they don't smoke either.

Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.
