Fabric is a JoAnn's Fabric, and is a blend. Has some texture and is heavier than quilting cotton. I have used this kind of fabric for Cathedral Windows, and did not have any difficulty with hand needling.

Since most of the CW's I've made over the years were hand stitched I tack down the corners in the center of each frame. If you plan to finish by machine the tack stitches can easily be removed. There will be no instructions included as there already are many free instructions on the net.
