Per listia, since there is no refund link on the auction page for me to use...you must initiate a refund request with listia and I will approve it so you get your credits back.....

If you need to refund credits on an auction, you can now make a request directly from the auction page. You will see a bar at the top that shows the status of your transaction and whether or not you can make a request to cancel the auction.

If you do not see the refund link yet, you may not be eligible to cancel the auction at this time. In this case, you can contact the buyer directly and have them initiate a refund request if you have both agreed to the terms.

Upon clicking the refund link, you will stop the transfer of credits if the transaction is still pending and start a formal dispute. You can then enter in your reason for the refund request and the buyer will have a few days to respond. If they do not respond or they agree to your refund, then they will receive their credits back automatically. Otherwise, we will step in to review the facts and decide where the credits should go.
